Digital Hearing Device
No sound from the speakers Macbook?
Recently I plugged headphones into my Macbook, and then took out. Now the sound is not coming from the loudspeakers. I tried to go to System Preferences, "Digital Out" is selected for the audio output device but no sound. There is also a red light coming from the headphone jack.
Hmmmm …. its probably a strange interference restart the mac (powerbutton pending) and see if your still there, if so, take on the Apple Store, if not, its probably a 1 time error hope this helps
