I suffered the permanent loss of hearing in one ear due to negligence of the NHS, "I can claim compensation and how much?
I reported three months ago I had problems with my doctor, who sent information to the Hospital. I'm still suffering for TVB ie, time and again returned to the GP, who sent a second letter. 6 weeks later I received a letter with an appointment to see a specialist within 2 weeks. Thus, after 2 months I had an appointment and informed me that I could be affected by the permanent loss of hearing, because the problem can be arranged easily and became severe in those 2 months of waiting, leading to a collapse of the ear drum. Now I have to wait to be afforded a slot for the surgery, when I do not know! "I can claim compensation for this? if so, whom? and how much it costs? and how much you could get? I
