What is the relationship between weight loss among those who follow a vegetarian diet vs protein diet high meat?
Is there data on weight loss for people who followed a vegetarian / vegan diet, compared with who eat lots of meat / high protein? I have heard various reports of what is best in terms of weight loss and know most of the facts. Are there items / Data to justify an argument? I'm not looking for diet advice. I'm healthy, fit and exercise regularly. Just looking for anything that supports discussion.
There is no difference. It is the amount you eat is the real factor. I'm a vegetarian fat. I have a diet high Protien. good luck!
