Hearing Loss Prevention Program
Want to be a police on DUI arrest … without conviction?
5 years years ago .. when I was 20 and in college … I was arrested for DUI. BAC was .049 which is fucking retarded because if everthing im 21 is, therefore, well because it would be at 0.08 … You tell me 20 years of age and 21 makes a difference with being drunk …. stupiest is what I've heard … anyway, I have a CJ degree and work in preventing loss … I want to be police … is this going to hurt my chances. I went through a program for first time offenders (community service and blah blah) to the charges were dropped … I put a stop to illegal left turn, which I always do on that street but this time a cop was sitting there … nuisance
I do not think that will hurt you. I am a police department in a large lot and I know of at least one guy on our department that has a previous DUI conviction. I mean, was five years ago. I'm assuming that you've been clean since then, right? And if the charges were dropped, not even arise in their registration. But even if you do, I do not care too much. However, if you ask on the subject in his interview with police, take full responsibility and say you're young and foolish. Do not complain about the CAV is at 0.08 and were not 21, etc. The key is to take full responsibility for their actions. That's what the board wants to see recruitment. Trust me. But as you'll learn when you become an agent that there is something called "Absolute Sobriety" or "not a" law Drop if you are under 21. Trust me, you arrest people for the same and be forced to laugh a little to yourself as you are doing well. On a side note, I received a fine for possession of THC, when I was 15 and I was hired in the department of my dreams when I was 21. (For the same department that I wrote the ticket!) And, I informed the police (the same department) every time a fugitive from a dozen when I was in my teens. So it was no angel either, lol!
