Michel shares his personal experience with tinnitus, talks about how the forum at curetinnitus.org got spammed to the point where he had to take the forum down, and asks if there are people out there who would be interested in a /month membership site dedicated to supporting people with tinnitus and their loved ones while on the path to curing the condition. Partial transcription: Hello, my name is Dainis Michel, and I’ve put together this video to talk about three things. I’m going to tell you about my experience with tinnitus, I’m going to let you know what happened to CureTinnitus.org, and I’m going to tell you about a potential membership site on curing tinnitus. First off, my experience with tinnitus. I’m going to share that, because I had a pretty rough time at the beginning of tinnitus, and I don’t feel I was handled very kindly by the medical community, it was sort of well yeah you’ve got tinnitus, well that’s incurable, here, take this little thing and put it in your ear and it will go like this “SHHHHHHHH” in your ear. Like at that point I wanted any additional noise in my ear. So it was really really tough for me, and even though this is a deeply deeply person issue, I am going to share it. Because I think that maybe there are some people out there who are supporting someone who has come down with …

Children get it lucky
Apparntly they lose it eventually in life
i myself am i a child and very lucky to be able to eventually have it gone
@Charley151 well charley, over the last 3 years, i’ve condensed the info from interviewing doctors, therapists, and people who’ve healed themselves into 4 simple guidelines that in my opinion, pave the path from tinnitus to liberation — it is a “road to healing,” a “healing process” if you will — and honestly — good for you — because “doing what works for you” is certainly one of the key components of the process. you are on the right track!
@Lipoptiger thank you very much
There will be a treatment someday. Until then we will have to do what works for each one of us, noise makers and counseling, that’s it i’m afraid. I hope you have managed to cure your tinnitus.
Has anyone tried Quietus for their tinnitus? It’s a homeopathic system created by a rock drummer that helps eliminate ear ringing:

@Mike21666 first of all, try to be as relaxed as possible… avoid stressful situation like if you have a very busy life you should slow down a bit. Also, having the pc on or some kind of sound at your sleeping desk will help you trough the night. for me, it helps to train for half an hour from time to time. the more attention you give it, the more it will increase
its an evil circle you have to break, and I’ll reccomend professional help to get your thoughts right.
@TheCondemnedProphet weeeell… The chinese doctor didn’t work, but I have found a way to live with it
And I’m going to a nevrologist who’s supposed to help me THINK it away… cant explain in english, I’m afraid
So you could say I’m better because I’m not afraid anymore and it doesn’t seem to get any worse.. so I’m happy
@toxendon
Has ti gotten any better for you yet?
i hope all u guys wih tinitus is gonna be beter!!
I have not had it for long now, but suicide has been extremely tempting, everytime i see a cop i think about going for his weapon. My problems are not physical. Its just mentally trying to ignore it and keep my mind busy, hard to do at night.
I’m going to ask some Docters if there’s any operation/implant that can mask it if possible. I’m finding it really hard, is there anyone else out there that had it for awhile that have some great coping methods?
SCAM
@dainismichel
thanks. I’m way too strong to kill myself, obviously it’s tempting but i would never. I have afew more physical problems atm, so it all adds up. I’ll be sure to drop by your site.
Your video motivated me to actually do something, and try and fix it. so thank man! means more than you can imagine.
@ToxsickEntertainment love your motivation! Way to go. Hey, if you need immediate help, you can call a suicide prevention hotline. I also highly recommend the “listening ear center” based out of lansing michigan. they have a 24/7 crisis hotline too. Telling you something is “incurable” where there are LOTS of people who’ve gotten better, people who’ve healed themselves, people who’ve adapted…it’s just irresponsible and wrong. Hang in there, much strength to you, stop by our site…
I’m beginning to find a cure for this TODAY.
Man, I’ve had BAD BAD tinnitus for 3 years, I’m not 18. They just tell me it’s incurable.. Mines gotten worse and worse, to the point I can’t hold a conversation.. Can’t hear. Suicide has crossed my mind. Anyway. Thanks for sharing, I’ve got this at 18 and I hope everythings okay. God bless you.
Btw. plane suicide, definitely appealing! hahahaha
swing on by and we can post your article
The medical community doesn’t always have the right answers. I am involved in Asian medicine and meditation and natural herbs and foods seem to work on my Tinnitus. I wrote a great meditation article that helps reduce stress and the ringing in my ears.
@madtownband you might be right, if that’s what you find appropriate, then that is your choice. others are healing themselves one step at a time, getting better, figuring out what works for them and what doesn’t, sometimes even getting a bit worse temporarily, regrouping – and getting the appropriate help and support they need. we are here to help. we share what’s worked. we save our members more than just money. informed steps are healthier steps, at least that is my vantage point.
A fool and his $ are soon parted. There is no cure for noice induced tinnitus, only treatment of the symptoms. Until we have a way to regrow the microscopic hairs and damaged nerve cells leading to the audiotory cortex region of the brain, we can only treat it through masking and relaxation techniques.
@dainismichel I’ll try to remember to keep in touch
@toxendon oi! do get in touch with us and let us know how it goes wishing you strength and relaxing helpful sessions with the chinese doctor
I got it the same way as you! I was opening my mouth way too high, and I heard like a GIANT “prrrrb!!!” in my right ear, and I recieved a sound in my ear.. had it for a year now, but it isn’t that bad. But the FEAR, the thought of it getting worse.. it is unbearable. i go to a chinese doctor who says she has cured many trough classical chinese methods, she has very high reputation in China. Hope it goes well for you
liston too this asshole or tinnitus ?
@filmflipful we’ve been active since december 2008 and wow, the results have been WONDERFUL!
Yes, we would like a forum like that, please set it up.
having tinnitus SUCKS!! throughout the day it’s slightly muffled by the sounds of cars, people, and every other daily sound but at night when all’s quiet it screams in your ear it’s a B**** to even try and go to sleep, hours wasted trying to sleep … I look at the clock reading 2:00 a.m. telling myself I have to get up at 6:00 and to try to get in 4 hours of sleep …
so yeah … having this stupid affliction really sucks so thanks for the video i might join the site once i research it more.
