I was in the market for a new hearing enhancement device. I saw this model online and it looked like it would be comfortable, and less akward. There was not much of a product description, but I bought it anyway, and waited every day anticipating a new “Ultra Ear” experience. This product was very poor in the quality of the tone levels, terrible for picking up almost nothing but background noise. The tiny…and I mean tiny, knob for the tone control is impossible to work with , let alone the little tool they send to adjust the tone knob. No where in the product description does it say anything about a tone control knob needing to be adjusted. The tube that runs from the actual sound box, to the entrance of your ear is a one size fits small people. It is too short and kept breaking away from the device while I weraing it….
Please take my advice and try a different product……
We all work hard for our money…..Don’t waist it on this.

You just can NOT beat this low price and the performance of this little unit. I tried a $4,000.00 set that felt like ear plugs, muffled sounds and amplified the background noise. For this price, sure I get a few inconveniences….but hey! This is the same hearing aid technology from just 20 years ago. It is easy to get used to and it works!

Bought for older parent..He seem to be pleased when using it..enchancer seem to be a comfortable fit for him..

The product is nice, small, light weight and amplifies sound. I am yet to see if it works after a month or so.
